LA2D was commissioned to the renovation of the oldest hotel in Miami. This gem is located in the fast growing area of downtown Miami.
It is difficult to put all the adjectives together that can describe an accurate narrative of this historic place. Lewis Aqüi calls it “Distinctively and Timeless Miami”. The design was meticulously planned and planting palette, mainly native, combined with adapted plants creating a lush and tropical combination of this lush oasis.
