This new estate home was finished in 2009 in the Italian Palladian Villa style. The gardens were conceived as an extension of this style which is symmetrical, balanced and stately. The program included an entry rock wall and stately wooden gates, a meandering cobblestone driveway, and a striking tiled swimming pool. Local coral rock stone was implemented in lawn steps and garden walls that lead down to the natural lake’s edge. Such outdoor rooms were positioned effortlessly within a park-like garden canopied with mature Live Oaks.
