This new resort hotel project was positioned divinely upon 30 acres of land on the beach in the Village of Key Biscayne overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The concept involved the marrying of an elegant and sophisticated garden befitting of a “Ritz” property, with a relaxed , exotic, and tropical ambience. The program included the driveway grand entrance, dramatic fountains at the arrival court and oceanside terrace, custom designed stone planters, two swimming pools (one adult and one family), private garden cabanas, and outdoor café spaces all enveloped in a tropical paradise.
