Bid Solicitation Services

LA2d provides detailed plans and specifications to the General Contractor or project manager of each project to be used in the competitive bid process to obtain construction proposals. If the project does not have a general contractor, LA2d conducts bid solicitation meetings on the client’s behalf. Once the bids from contractors and sub-contractors necessary to build each project are completed, LA2d reviews each bid meticulously, comparing the bids for contractor selection. LA2d has over three decades of experience in the design field, and has developed an extensive network of contractors and subcontractors capable of building and executing our designs to our clients’ complete satisfaction.
