This Colonial Hacienda style house is located in the heart of Coral Gables. The scope of work consisted in a new addition to the house and the designing of all the exterior areas of the property.
Pastel warm colors and lots of different textures abound in this lusciously green landscape which with the brilliant blue of the sky is the ideal balance for this Colonial house. Big plain open lawn spaces contrast with the dense and rich planting throughout the property.
Guest are greeted by a symmetrical aligned “Bosque” of Triangle Palms. The property has beautiful mature Live Oaks and it was important to highlight them.
Serpentine walkways of weathered bricks strategically placed allow guest to meander in the garden throughout the property.
