This collaborative project consisted of the renovation of an existing structure and surrounding gardens dating back three to four decades. The design team worked seamlessly to provide a cohesive aesthetic from interior details to exterior gardens. The program included new perimeter brick walls, custom metal gates, a tennis court, a new granite driveway, a new swimming lap pool and trellis structure, decorative fountains, a spa and pond “grotto”, summer kitchen, and a great lawn leading down to a wooden dock at the water’s edge.
